For security reasons we only ship to your Billing Address on file with your Credit Card processor. The only exception to this rule is by selecting the Google Checkout button on our Checkout screen. While in the Google Checkout system you may choose a different Shipping address.
Items purchased through the COPICmarkerS.com store appear on your credit card as PERIOD STYLE.

REFUNDS
Inspect goods upon receipt. Report shortage or defects within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. When package is Insured, damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled by email or by phone up until shipment time.
